We are absolutely Full Service! The only difference between our service and a regular commission real estate agent is the amount of the commission you will spend. You are paying a lot less commission by working with us.
There are no additional costs or hidden fees whatsoever.
Please note that the 1% listing fee does not include the commission you choose to offer to the buyer’s agent. We recommend offering a market rate for the buyer’s agent fee for full exposure. Typically, this is 2.5% of the sales price and in some instances can be as low as 2.25%. So the typical cost is 3.5% to 3.25% vs. 5% a regular commission agent typically charges.

These days everybody that has a smart phone and/or a computer will have access to the information on your home once listed! They look at our detailed listing and professional pictures of your home (very important) and then decide if they want to view your home. In the past we would have to advertise in several different newspapers in several different cities. The time and cost on this was astronomical. Today the cost and time has been cut by 90% and we reach 100x more people. We pass all these savings back to you with our reduced listing commission!
Yes, this is because the Buyer’s agent is typically receiving full compensation (2.5%) when working with us. At the risk of sounding too direct; as long as they are well compensated…they are happy! Years ago the notion of a discount listing agent was revolutionary; that is not currently the case. The vast majority of buyers’ agents are simply trying to place their buyer in a home that meets their expectations and be fairly compensated.
